okay i met so many friends in arts today! first issac, then june and zhijia. it was like nan hua sec gathering. then i saw victor from 1st 3 mths sajc, then just 1 min later, i saw jaime!! my sajc classmate coming out from the life. then after registering for my jlpt test (which happens to be taking place on 3rd dec, in the midst of my exams. tmd) i saw glen and jeremy nah waving to me in arts canteen. haha. it's very amazing to me.. maybe that's what every year 3 girls are encountering. because their friends (mainly guys) from previous schools have entered the uni.

thru talking to her, i found out more interesting *facts* about the 3 cousins. (bryan, ryan are twins and they are cousins of daryl, my boyfriend) all 3 of them make their girlfriends wait for them while they are studying overseas.... yup. then they are all english-speaking but their gfs are all chinese-speaking. hahaha... some family trait they have isn't it? haha.
i gave my family (daryl, mum, sis and bro-in-law jason) a treat at crystal jade paragon today. yay.. finally all 5 of us get to sit down for a meal. =) i feel happy paying for something which means a lot to me. that is the whole family sitting down. then spent the day at dear's house. after 3 days of not seeing him, haha i really cuddled him so much today. *muacks*

i thought i have to go to school for the manual tutorial registration. but somehow the cors website states that i have the slot i want. i didn't even know it was given to me. no confirmation email or anything like that. so i emailed Prof Yung to help double confirm. =) i am quite cunning for this particular tutorial. hehe. everything is well.. just that my thursday timetable is very packed... 8 hrs in school!! with only 1 hr break. but i have no time for my lunch at all! hope i can wake up to eat a heavy breakfast. but that's only for alternate weeks. my odd weeks aren't that bad. =) violet has a happy and rather nice timetable.
i am very slack. i can be very slack. i look at the readings that's stated in the chinese modules. they just make me wanna faint. so MUCH!!! i think i'm going to do the tutorial readings... the others? nahh.. don't think so larh. my tuition schedule is slacker now... javier is taking a break for 2 weeks plus.
i finally had the chance to meet darlie ang yesterday. haha. we went to school for our subway. my treat this time. we split cost during our dates. haha but not quite evenly. he always pay for more expensive meals. we really spend a lot on food. bet if we don't eat, we could have saved hundreds n hundreds of dollars down. hahah. he sat thru my chinese tradition lecture. think it bored him totally. he feel asleep. haha. ytd's lecture was quite dry. but i like Dr. Ong all the same. after our exploration of nus arts campus, we left for dear's hse. watched *troy*. so sad. not because brad pitt died in the end. i hate to watch hector die though. but what made me sad was how brad pitt kept bedding the Briseis!! grrr. dear laughed at me i think. coz i looked super jealous. muahahah.
i enjoyed the whole of yesterday. i like snuggling up. i don't mind even if we have to settle dinner with only instant noodles. apologized to dear for sunday's incident and he never blame me at all. i felt so xing4 fu2.... i just felt so when i woke up this morning. maybe he is the man for me.... i love you, dear. thank you.

okay the beginning of the day wasn't that pleasant. because dear violet missed 5 buses as the buses were all packed. she took another bus and had to walk almost half a round of the arts campus just to get to her lecture theatre. i was late i was perspiring non-stop. bahhh. arts campus is bloody big larr. and singapore's weather is getting atrocious these few days. or is it just me? tsk.
just to add on, the chinese modules that i am taking this semester aren't that bad!! the lecturers are all very nice people... they really catch my attention during lectures... haha i am attentive...
okay back. i spent my afternoon with my friends. or to put it more correctly. friends who are ryan's friends in the beginning. i ate lunch with Jonathan. finally passed him the heavy text. all thanks to ryan. sent him off at the airport and he suddenly passed me a thick book, and asked me to pass to his friend. so i had to contact jonathan. jonathan got a shock too because he thought ryan didn't want to return him. my dear kawan did not inform any of us about this and tada! he flew to bangkok. so nice and sweet of him. *frown* then jonathan and i went to library to "do our work" and yup, we ended up talking. hehe. that's me. he's taking j-lang 3 this sem... i am taking 4. yup so we had a very common topic between us both. =)
went for my j-lang lecture and sat with my closer friends... :) i sat with Paula. also a friend whom ryan got to know first. then he somehow introduced us but paula and i were classmates one year ago for japanese class. after the lecture, i heard yang-san saying paula lives in clementi. so i immediately ran up and asked her for her address. and guess what. she said "block 403" my goodness larr... it's just 3 blocks from me!! hahaha... then we really talked non-stop from LT14 to Kent ridge terminal... we took bus 189 together... we talked about our kindergarten and oh man. we were from the same kindergarten. hahahah. but seriously, in my 17 years of living in clementi ave 1(and hers as well) ,we have never met each other! not even in clementi interchange. and the best part was when we talked about people from our kindergarten class, she told me kaiwen and kailing the twins were her classmates. i know the twins because they're majoring in chinese language. we took bus 96 home tog before, we ate mooncakes with ginny tan at the void deck last year. so actually kailing, kaiwen and ginny were paula's kindergarten's classmates.... but i'm from a different class. and we are all still living in the same area.... 5 people. same district. same kindergarten. and we are all linked!! i just find it so amazing..
hahah! ginny!! i finally get it!! you (bao4 zha4 tou2 as you yourself described. hehe) were in their class.... not mine... this year's mid autumn festival right, five of us shall gather. muahaha :)

anyway, i've been together with daryl for 14 months. i just read my primary school buddies' blogs. some 4 yrs plus....haha xuemin, tt's u. some 30months....and that's angeline. they are blessed to have good guys. i have one too. he's really too nice. until i think he is stupid. oops. because his tolerance level is super duper high. it's way out of our imagination. yup. u guys just can't imagine what i did to him last night. i kapped his phone. not once or twice. i kapped 13 times. okay the last 5 times was because i wanted to call him back. i just dun understand. do you really love me that much? you are really a silly banana larr!!! thanks for everything. i really dunno what to say other than this. perhaps this was the first weekend totally without you. i just missed u. and i went mad. i need u so much at times.
i'm on diet. but i keep thinking about food. somebody, shoot me.

i ate good food (which is regarded as junk within any diet plan)
kfc meal with my chickie bf for lunch. super yummy! then we went to godmum's hse tog. amanda told us godmum somehow told her to get d' some food to eat. like entertain us. so yeap. we were so nicely-treated. we ate chocolates and haagen daaz ice cream. and dear changed to a formal attire and went for his interview. he looked good. thumbs up! haha.
after tuition, i actually played walt disney monopoly with amanda. haha. ji sui liao?? but i somehow got hooked to it. quite fun. haha. ok then i went to meet d' at jurong point. a short bus journey but it actually took 30 min. jurong is a densely populated place larr. grr. then kids running about in jurong point and nearly banging into me just made me so irritated. ok i've digressed.
dear's interview went quite well i would say. it didn't sound too bad to me at least. and we celebrated. at fish n co. we ate *seafood platter for 2*! ok. there's actually no cause for celebration. i just said it's for our 14th month anniversary. haha. bullshit. i just wanted to eat la.
mocha ice blended at coffee bean was a great finish. lots of whip cream. yup. violet, u're definitely growing fat. look at ur double chin. it's waving at everyone!! *doink doink*

i see crowds at the photocopy rooms and library is so crowded. people are all zapping their stuff, borrowing books. i am getting a bit tensed up. why am i so relaxed?
oh but one thing for sure. i'm gonna take the jlpt 3 test this time round. shall arrange with goh-san & wiches-san. my aim is jlpt 2. many japanese companies are willing to employ graduates with the jlpt 2 cert! =) that's my other way out. godmum was desuading me from being a teacher again on tuesday..
i was supposed to go running this morning. yup. supposed. haha i have stopped for nearly 3 months already!! dear say i have to run. i also think i have to run. my double chin is appearing! ok. correction, it has already appeared. grrr. my mind wants to run but my body resents it. it's a war between the mind and body. and the body won.
ok talking about war. there's a war right in my house. buying a car is suppose to be something worth celebration or at least happiness. brother-in-law bought a car. mum gave her opinion to sis and they argued. now mum is very unhappy. has been scolding sis in front of me. *shakes head* but i am really looking forward to seeing the new car! it's my fav car... suzuki swift. =)
hahaha dear and i were talking about saving up and buying the swift together. ??????????darlie ang, i want swift and no evo for you! =P even if we want an expensive car, we should aim for bmw and not evo. muahahah.

i watched chicken little, on dvd today at d's house. haha i thought it was cute. some scenes sent me and dear laughing and gagging. hahah. =)
anyway, i went clubbing last night at dbl o. retro music. love it. you can call that my 1st clubbing experience. after 3 years. haha. the first one was after sajc prom night. it was okay... but last night's was great. perhaps the company was more fun? or i got high? haha dunno. ps was lazy.... she actually used 'lazy' as an excuse and did not go in the end... there goes my chance of seeing thomas. haha. ps. i wanna eat u up. grrr. so without ps and thomas, it was only left with 4 people. dear was suggesting cancelling the whole thing off. i gave the sulk. then he went to call his poly friends and yay! 4 others turned up. so we formed a group of 8 in the end. i was the only girl, well if d' and his friends see me as a girl. (haha coz i think sometimes my guy friends don't see me as a girl)
180 dollars worth of drinks. haha bottles and bottles. but the guys sup-ed the drinks up quite fast. i drank 1 bot of bacardi peach. after that i was almost gone. haha just 4.8% but i felt super giddy. then couldn't walk and see clearly. and the best thing was i ended up dancing. haha dear's friends were very funny. ben, edwin, shaun*, leonard, alan and honda. then took the second bottle of bacardi grape fruit. edwin said i could drink. haha nahhhh "i was gone just now"! breezer is nothing to others. neh. others and i am referring to d'. he couldn't even be bothered to drink one. haha. yay... and the second bottle tasted like gassy drink to me. gulp. then here comes dancing and more and more sips from the guys' jugs. hee. but i drank the least. yeap, good girl.i laughed a lot. it was enjoyable.... i laughed when dancing, i laughed when taking photo, i laughed when i hear edwin laugh when he was drunk. HAHA! super influential laughter.
i was sober. super sober after everything. d' & i just felt super hungry. supper at jalan kayu and 6 of us squeezed into ben's car. ahha the wind was so strong........ i felt like i was acting out the jackie chan's movie's scene (wind slapping and blowing against ur face until the face seems to be flapping and goes all outta shape) and the sleepy edwin had his head on the table thru' out the supper. i slept at 5am. oh i was quite worried in dear's car at a good 3plus am. phew. haha.
anyway, here's a photo of the 'drunkards'. hah.. i love the picture. cos' i look super happy. thanks dear, for giving me such a great and fun experience. love love! =)

fireworks!! @ 12:39 PM
ok last friday, i went to beach cabana with d' and his dad after meeting ps and jeanie at jurong point. thank you ps! for the nice souvenir... anyway, the dinner at beach cabana was great. dear and i decided it was time for us to give uncle jim a treat. the songs were super romantic that night... we had a great time chatting. =)
then d stayed over at mine. then we spent time over the weekend. yup. we went shopping on saturday! dear bought me the skirt from zara. why did he buy it? because it's soooo short. haha! no larr. maybe because i bought him a shirt from esprit. =) then i bought a pair of shoes! bronze pointies... (which i must say they don't make my feet hurt as badly as my previous pairs... wore them last night) dear made me upset again... because he kept saying i overeat, will become fat. felt kinda pressurized each time so i got super duper sad. but he managed to cheer me up once again. i thought it was funny, the way he consoled me. "okok, let you eat ok?' hahahah.... yup that was what he said. so that night, we ordered pizza!! oops. looks like my diet plan is unable to be carried out smoothly...
yup that was it for last week. yesterday was eve of national day. Chris and i went to marina sq to view the fireworks. i have 12 clips of the fireworks display. super pretty!! esp the last one... haha... singaporeans are funny and cute sometimes. we 'woah' very loudly when wach big firework shot up into the sky. it's those purposely kinda woah but everyone seemed to enjoy it. haha. very very nice.. but it was so crowded... so yup, this kind of celebrating event, go for it once every few years is good enough. i don't really like crowds. i get easily agitated when i see crowds. =P oh then after the fireworks, me and chris went to this music cafe (ai qin hai). i was mesmerized by the guy's voice. ahaha. until my butt got stuck. we stayed till 11.35pm. then chris managed to catch her train at 12 mn. but i missed my last bus. so i had to trouble dear who was having gathering at esplanade to send me back. =) dear was willing to send me back home but mum nagged at me. blah blah blah. haha anyway, thanks dear! we're going dbl o this sat. to enjoy music. hee.
will post the pictures of the fireworks up when i have the time. now i'm at dear's house. haha we are celebrating national day by watch dvds at home! =) okies. happy 41st birthday, singapore!!! i'm proud of you...

this little thing has grown up. from a small, gentle and quiet girl, she became this loud and crazy girl. it's glad to know she's a nice friend to people around her. it pleases her even more when she knows she has brought joy to them as well.anyway, she grew into her lor. yup. that's me. violet chew. haha.
was holding onto dear's card, just finished putting on my make-up. xuemin, u meant to say the cake nice issit? if u were talking about my skin. haha it's not nice at all!!! really... hahah. i admit it. if it appeared nice tt day, it's all thanks to dear's gift to me. 'za' true white 2 way foundation. hahaha... xuemin, it was nice reading your blog.. touched my heart. =)
this is bear bear. daryl got it delivered to me one day before my birthday when we were both in the chalet. surprised me totally...but i had to go outta the chalet, looked for the van.. chase after the van..coz the delivery man got lost. haha! i got the flowers.. walked into the room. hugged him and i started to cry. hahaha. tear glands still too active.. the teddy was so cute and huggable.... super cute. thanks dear.

okay. enough about the cute boy. yesterday was a good day for me! no work. no nothing. i went to town to meet jas n jamie in the late afternoon. bumped into jr at the bus stop in clementi too! oh jamie and i wanted to accompany jas for her break, get our pay cheque and also shop around.
eddie, my ex-boss was very crappy with us yesterday. haha still can't quite believe what he said to us. he spoke to us in japanese and talked nonsense when he saw our j-lang texts. haha. anyway, shopping with jamie around later on was fun. she bought a tee. we tried on so many shoes. not pairs. cos' we just take from the rack and put it on our foot. still can't manage to find a pair of heels. but i have one in mind already. the very cute pumps. =) then we went to starbucks for a drink. yup. chatting was good... haha. it's good that you're still in contact with your primary school friends isn't it? =)
it seems to me that blogger is fine now. 4 pics are up. i shall attempt to blog my birthday pics tmr! not enough time today. gotta send ryan off at the airport later.
